Terms and Conditions

Registration and Early Bird Rates:

All prices listed above and on final payment page are inclusive of GST unless specified. Franchise Association of New Zealand (FANZ) member registration rates are not transferable to non-FANZ members without the applicable rate change. By selecting a FANZ member registration rate, it is agreed that the registrant is a current member of FANZ and that the registration is made in the FANZ member’s name only.

Early bird rates will run from conference registration opening until 08th of April 2019. From the 09th of April prices will increase and the early bird rates will no longer be available for any further registrations. To be eligible for the early bird registration rate, you must register for the conference before the 26th of March 2019.

Registration Payment:

Upon registration the registrant will be charged a non-refundable $250.00 deposit. All remaining payments must be made to GO Conference & Incentive no later than 5th April 2019 at which point the full payment becomes non-refundable. Any registration from the 5th April 2019 will be required to pay the full conference attendance cost at the time of registration. Please refer to the cancellation/substitution policy below for any cancellations.

Cancellation and Substitution Policy:

All conference deposits of $250.00 are non-refundable at the time of registration. Should you need to cancel your registration for any reason, you will be eligible for a refund less the deposit fee of $250.00 up until 9am on the 26th April 2019. Cancellations must be received in writing via email to mgarcia@gogogo.co.nz prior to 9am. For any cancellation from 9am on the 26th April 2019 no refunds will be offered. No refunds will be given to registrants who fail to attend the conference. You may reassign your registration to another person of the same company, however replacement delegate names and contact details must be submitted in writing to mgarcia@gogogo.co.nz as soon as possible prior to the conference, however any changes to your registration will incur a $50.00 administration fee. In the case you reassign your registration to another person of a different company your deposit of $250.00 is non-refundable.

Disclaimer:

FANZ reserves the right to make changes to the program at any time as circumstances may arise. Every effort will be made to ensure the replaced program is of an equivalent standard and value should unavoidable changes arise. Registration places are limited and will be allocated on a strictly ‘first in’ payment basis. In the event that a space is unavailable you will be notified immediately.

List of participants:

In registering for this conference, relevant details may be incorporated into a delegate list for the benefit of all delegates (name, organisation, email). Further details may be available to parties directly related to the conference including FANZ, FANZ designers, conference manager, printers, software providers, venues and accommodation providers (for the purpose of special catering and physical requirements, name tag creation, conference options and conference APP).

Image Release:

In registering for this conference, delegates grant permission to FANZ, its agents and others working under its authority, to take and to have use of video/photographs containing their image/likeness. It is understood these images may be used for promotional, news, on-line/multimedia, research and/or educational purposes by and for FANZ. Delegates agree that they are not entitled to remuneration, residuals, royalties or any other payment from FANZ in respect of their image/likeness or its use. Delegates release, discharge, and hold harmless, FANZ and its agents from any and all claims, demands or causes of actions that they may hereafter have by reason of anything contained in the photographs or video.

Should you not wish for your image to be used or details shared with Sponsors, Exhibitors and Keynotes you have the choice to opt out upon registration.
