David Campbell is the founder and director of Avatar Consulting, a company specialising in the fiscal and transactional metrics of franchising. He has 20 years in banking and finance and recently co-authored (with The Asia-Pacific Centre for Franchising Excellence, through Griffith University) research papers into Australian Franchising best practice including the performance and structures of marketing funds. David sits on several franchise advisory boards and served two terms as a director with the Franchise Council of Australia.

The other part of Nicki’s role looks at what can be done better as a business, finding opportunities to improve, and then making it happen - through problem solving and project management.
